You will not find a more delicious Prosciutto di Parma than those made by Galloni. They make their prosciutti with just three ingredients: pork, salt and air. The only other ingredient is time--over one year of aging. We have visited their production facilities in the town of Langhirano in Parma; the place was spotless. Workers took extraordinary pride in their work. We thank them with every bite!
